Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel was not crowded or noisy. There was morning coffee, but no breakfast. It was easy to check in and check out. Great value for the price.

Though told in advance that lighting was important, bedside light didn't work in Room 216. Electric shades didn't go up! Desk was moderately etched in numerous places. While clean, there were stains on the carpet and on the sofa bed. The alarm clock needed replacement as its LED was partly broken. Breakfast was a strong feature. Plenty of healthy choices and a good array of items to choose from. Staff service was good. Management needs to do a far better job on knowing its rooms and what it offers. It reflects on future decisions on whether or not to choose the Holiday Inn brand, or not. I am unlikely to choose Holiday Inn in the future.

This hotel has an indoor pool, housekeeping services and a 24-hour fitness center. Its convenience store sells snacks and drinks throughout the day. Rutgers University is a 10-minute drive away.
